Waivers are required for access to the park. Jumpers under 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Once the waiver has been saved, Jump Party USA will be able to pull it up with your name.

Birthday Parties:
Each of our spacious party rooms have 5 tables, which fits about 25-30 people. Another party room is required, if your party exceeds 30 guests due to safety hazards. Additional fees may apply.
A $100 non-refundable is required to reserve the party time. The deposit goes towards the total balance.
To ensure a secure booking process, all birthday party payments made with credit card require a quick verification at the time of payment. We will need to scan both your driver’s license and credit card as part of our standard security measures for large purchases.
This process helps us prevent fraud and ensure a smooth experience for all our guests. Your information will be handled securely.
No, feel free to customize your party by bringing in your own food and drinks (no alcohol allowed). You can still order pizza and drinks with us, if you prefer that though!
We don't provide a place for cake or ice cream storage, but feel free to bring in a small cooler to keep your cold foods cold! We just ask that the cooler is plugged to avoid a slipping hazard.
For smaller groups, we recommend purchasing the Monthly Pass (it doesn't auto-renew, unlimited jump time for one month, and the kids get free socks upon initial Monthly Pass purchase). Without a party reservation, you won't be able to bring in outside food and drinks (that means no celebratory dessert), but we can order pizza and drinks for you!

We require that all jumpers wear grippy socks, so you can bring your own. If the jumper doesn't have on grippy socks, they can be purchased for $3.50 at the front desk.
No, we always do a headcount as the guest arrive, so that’s not something you need to fret about.
Our base party package already includes 20 jumpers, but if you have more jumpers than that, an additional room will need to be purchased due to room capacity.
Since we have 5 party rooms, it is likely that we are able to quickly accommodate last minute parties!
All party rooms are separated by a 4ft wall, so parents are able to stand up and look out into the trampoline park to watch the kids play and have fun. Or sit down and have privacy.
Yes, you’ll receive a call asking about what color tablecloth you would like for us to set up along with other party details. Feel free to ask any questions during that time.
No, only party reservations can bring in desserts or presents. You can leave those in the car or we can keep it at the front desk for you.
Of course the kids can stay as long as they want. We just ask that all foods, presents, decorations be taken back out to the car. They cannot remain in the party room or in the common area.
Any children 2 years old and older will need a wristband and count towards the 20 wristbands provided in the base package. One wristband will be provided to the adult supervising the children who are 2 and 3 years old at no additional cost.
Every guest, including the party parents, will be required to sign a paper waiver in order for us to keep a headcount. No need to sign the online waiver.
Memberships:
We wanted to provide all the perks of a membership without any of the downsides, so we are providing a 1 Month Pass (30 days). The kids can come jump as many times as they want, as long as they want for 1 whole month.
At the end of the month, the membership will automatically expire. No need to call for cancellations.
When you go to the front desk, all we need is the name of the adult who signed the waiver for the 1 Month Pass.
No, you can pay with cash, card, or Apple Pay.
You can always set up auto-renewal, if you would like. The perk of setting up auto-renewal is that we have better deals per month. Our best deal with $9.95/month!!*
*with the 1 year contract, there is a $25 cancellation fee
It is non-transferable and cannot be shared with anyone else.
With the Ultimate Monthly Pass ($24.98/month), you can get a $75 discount off of birthday parties.
*The membership must be active at the time of the birthday party
There is a discounted All Day Pass for parents to join in on the fun for the day or parents can also get the 1 Month Pass as well!
General Admissions:
Each child that is 3 years old and under requires one adult to jump with them. It is a combo price. For example, it would be $13.95/day pass for both the child and the adult.
